I had to go through another replacement, i’m worn out by it at this point. The whole process took way too long, and support barely got back to me while I was waiting. It’s frustrating having to chase updates for the same kind of issue again. Definitely not happy with how this was handled...

I was able to use the site without much trouble, and placing the order itself was straightforward. I even thought everything was going smoothly at first. The issue for me came later when I had a simple question about my order and ended up waiting longer than I expected for a reply. When support finally got back to me, the answer wasn’t super clear, so I had to follow up again. Not the worst experience overall, but the support side was definitely more frustrating than it needed to be.

I wasn’t expecting anything super high-end, but the quality felt cheap right away. It ended up breaking much sooner than I thought it would, so I was definitely disappointed...

I was expecting the phone to look at least somewhat cleaned up or properly refurbished, but mine had scratches all over it. It didn’t feel refurbished at all, more like a heavily used phone someone just repackaged. Am I wrong for thinking it should’ve looked a lot better?

The item itself was okay, but the box came completely crushed. I’m not happy about it because the packaging looked really rough, the crushed box was disappointing. It’s frustrating to receive something like that, even if the product wasn’t damaged. The box being crushed really bothered me

I bought a phone from Ovantica it seemed fine at first. After some time, I started having battery issues, and I assumed the warranty would cover it. But when I contacted support, they told me it either wasn’t included or only certain parts were covered. Maybe I missed something, but from my side it really wasn’t clear before buying. They did respond, so I’ll give them that, but the whole warranty process felt frustrating and not very helpful. Giving 2 stars mainly because the delivery was okay.

I sent my phone in hoping it would get fixed, but it came back and it’s STILL not working. Frustrating, honestly.

I’m still waiting on my Refund to come through. It’s been a bit frustrating because I expected it to be sorted by now, but Nothing has shown up yet...

I checked out ovantica while looking for a phone, but the prices didn’t really impress me. For used or refurbished stuff, I was expecting a better deal, like come on now, it should feel more worth it than buying elsewhere. I ended up finding similar options cheaper on other sites, so I was a bit disappointed.

The return process was way harder than it needed to be. After you already paid, it feels a bit unfair to have to jump through so many hoops just to send something back. Not a great experiance.

I bought a phone from Ovantica and the delivery was fine, so I thought things were off to a decent start. Then the battery started giving me trouble, and that’s when the real adventure began. Support took ages to reply and kept telling me to wait 24 hours, which apparently is their favorite solution to everything. Overall, buying the phone was okay, but the after-sales experience was definitely not as smooth as I expected.

The phone itself turned on and worked fine, so no big issue there. But i’m absolutely convinced something felt a little off with the box and accessories. I checked the serial number too, and that just made things even more confusing instead of clearing anything up. Support did reply, which I appreciate, but their answer definitely did not give me the confidence I was looking for. The phone looked fine when I first received it, and overall the condition seemed okay. But the battery has been disappointing. It drains much faster than I expected, even with regular day-to-day use, and charging it takes longer than it should. I was expecting a better experience from ovantica.com, so this was definitely not satisfactory. Not really happy with the purchase.

Trying to figure out the discounts left me feeling mentally drained. I thought the price would drop more than it did, but by the time everything was added up, the final total still felt high

My order tracking was stuck for several days, and I couldn’t get a clear answer from support about where my package actually was. I get that delays can happen and I’m not expecting everything to be perfect, but I do think customers should at least get honest updates when something goes wrong. It was really frustrating not knowing what was going on, and based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t order again.
